PGN Respects Legal Proceedings in the PGN-IAE Transaction Case

PT PGN Tbk, as the Gas Subholding of Pertamina, respects the ongoing legal process undertaken by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) regarding allegations of corruption in the natural gas transaction between PGN and PT Inti Alasindo Energi (PT IAE)/Isargas. PGN is committed to fully supporting and assisting the KPK in its anti-corruption efforts in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations. This legal process follows an audit conducted by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK).

PGN is making every effort to ensure the continuity of its natural gas business services and national gas management, including securing the certainty of partnerships with various stakeholders.

"Following recommendations from BPK RI, PGN has coordinated with PT Pertamina and the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises regarding the case currently under investigation by the KPK," stated Acting Corporate Secretary of PGN, Susiyani Nurwulandari.

PGN assures that the KPK's legal proceedings will not disrupt operational activities, customer services, or the company’s business continuity.
